Talking about peace
India China Institute in New York to discuss the Peace Process in Nepal. Not sure if irony of the venue name is on the agenda. Obviously a lot of questions are expected. Is the peace process failing? Has it already failed? Will the constitution be written on time? Will the cantonments ever be disbanded?
We'll apparently find out some of the answers on November 6. Maybe. Stay tuned.
